Lead-Transformation Program

Responsibilities:

• Directly manages and is responsible for a portfolio of projects.
• Ensures the transformation program’s value delivery through the timely and on-budget execution of a portfolio of projects.
• Assesses, tracks and monitors overall progress of programs including project milestone completion and value generation
• Enables, recruits, guides and supports Project Managers and team members from ideation to project benefit realization.
• Leads in providing guidance for the overall transformation program and decides on necessary and appropriate interventions for addressing challenges and bottlenecks affecting project execution and value delivery.
• Provides guidance for the overall program, sub-programs or projects on direction and emerging issues.
• Addresses and escalates issues for resolution as necessary, in order to debottleneck projects and realize business values, both large and small.
• Drives cross-vertical discussions to facilitate alignment on plans and deliverables across EDC.
• Influences/manages resourcing and prioritization of projects across verticals as these impact the pillar.
• Decides on project deliverables within the program in order to align with the overall business portfolio “outcome”.
• Decides on project prioritization in order to realize synergies and effectively deploy resources.
• Manages stakeholders through timely escalation and communication.
• Leads in the generation of ideas for additional initiatives aligned with the transformation ambition
• Works in partnership with Program and Project Sponsors, Leads and Project Managers throughout the project life cycle.
• Work with Program and Project Sponsors, Leads and Project Managers in managing risks and issues and taking necessary corrective measures.
• Work with internal clients to plan and execute change and communications interventions that would make the transformation more effective, broad-based and sustainable
