Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in technical sales, project engineering, or construction solutions.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and technical specifications.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license (often required for site / client visits).
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations to consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government authorities.Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, project execution) to ensure alignment with client requirements.Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring technical compliance, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and technical clarifications as required.Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market expansion objectives.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards during all technical interactions.Compensation and Benefits :
