Job Description
- Ensure that dining patrons are able to find a wine within their budget that fits their tastes and complements their food
- Collaborate closely with chefs to craft wine pairings that elevate the overall dining experience
- Support leaders and team members whenever needed in the restaurant, such as helping customers to decide the exact wine that best meets their needs
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a personalized and memorable wine experience to every guest
Requirements
Food and beverage service working experience in recognized five-star hotels, resorts, cruise lines, casino or integrated propertiesExtensive knowledge about wines, particularly Italian winesBachelor's / College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalentFormal wine education or certification (e.g., WSET, CMS) is preferredKnowledgeable in inventory system and related cost managing systemsExcellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and in written English is required. Knowledge in Italian language is preferred but not mandatory.Professional and well-groomed appearanceFlexibility to work in any shift on any day of the weekRequirements
