Installation Review Specialist

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle providing regular updates on project status.

Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

Collaborate with installation departments to move projects efficiently through each stage.

Communicate effectively with external partners including subcontractors utility companies and city inspectors.

Monitor project progress proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality.

Maintain accurate project records documentation and reporting in company CRM and project management software.

Conduct project closeout processes ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are finalized.

Continuously seek process improvements to enhance project workflows and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering Graduate
• Must have PV Design experience

Required Skills :

Duties / Responsibilities : Manage and oversee the monitoring portals Utilize computerized systems to track and analyze solar systems Provide communications such as emailing or calling contractors for onsite visits as well as being able to RMA any equipment Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks Act as solar systems monitor for all company clients and be able to walk them through their portal when they receive PTO Provide and analyze generated reports to recognize monitoring system errors and be able to troubleshoot remotely if possible
