Job descriptionGraduate of any four-year course At least one year of experience in Collections, Order Processing, Accounts Payable / Receivable, or Customer Service Must have knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems Should have strong English communication skills and able to handle multiple tasks effectively Willing to work in Quezon City and in a shifting schedule
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll manage customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and help maintain strong client relationships through excellent coordination and communication.
What you'll do :
- Handle credit and collection activities
- Follow up on aging accounts and ensure proper documentation
- Process and verify customer payments
- Support collection targets and process improvements
- Maintain accurate customer account records
