ASG Platform is launching a 2-Year Software Developer Residency — a fully funded, stipend-supported, training-to-hire program designed to accelerate capable developers into championship-level professionals. This is a full-time, remote (U.S. hours) opportunity with mentorship, real-world project immersion, and a clear path to a high-paying career at ASG.

We’re targeting Filipino developers — whether self-taught or formally trained — who combine strong coding foundations with a championship mindset : discipline, resilience, problem-solving, and hunger to grow.

The program features a selective multi-stage application process, including paid coding assessments, ensuring that only serious, high-potential candidates advance. Top-performing residents may transition into ASG’s developer team, earning ₱100,000+ monthly with full benefits and stock options — a rare opportunity in the Philippine tech landscape.

About the Program :

Scholarship-based, stipend-supported

Full-time, remote, U.S. hours (CST / PH nighttime)

Technical Skills (Baseline) :
