Job descriptionAct as the primary interface between Engineering and customers on site / project delivery-related matters. Manage customer expectations on timelines, constraints, and delivery dependencies. Lead delivery status reviews, progress reporting, and issue resolution with customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Sales and Engineering teams to ensure aligned execution. Establish and maintain accurate delivery dashboards and management reports. Provide timely updates to senior management on delivery status, risks, and mitigation actions. Drive data-driven decision-making across the delivery function. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science or relevant field. Preferably with technical knowledge of telco system / Infrastructure business 5+ years of experience as PMO / in a similar position Experience with Gannt charts and / or other project timelines IT platform background Good communication skills and must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues Keen attention to detail Result oriented and highly adaptable Ability to multitask
Responsible for end-to-end oversight of site build and delivery activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of infrastructure projects. The role serves as the primary interface between Engineering, internal stakeholders, and customers (MNOs), translating customer requirements into executable delivery plans and driving disciplined project management across the site rollout lifecycle.
This role ensures that delivery commitments are met in line with contractual SLAs.
Key Accountabilities
Delivery & Project Management
- Keep up to date with site delivery activities, including new builds, co-locations, site upgrades, and modifications.
- Drive end-to-end project management up to Ready for Installation (RFI) and handover.
- Ensure delivery milestones and timelines are consistently met across all projects.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans.
