We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Support Analyst to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Support Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our sales processes by providing essential administrative and operational support. This role involves collaborating closely with sales representatives, customers, and various internal departments to enhance the overall sales experience and drive customer satisfaction.

This is a hybrid role in our Makati office. Successful hire must be willing to work on a night shift schedule to support our US operations.

Responsibilities

How you can help our team:

• Collaborate with sales representatives to assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and sales presentations. Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports as needed to support the sales process.
• Maintain the integrity of sales-related databases and systems including updating the customer information, sales records, and activity logs to provide accurate reporting to management.
• Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and conferences.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the company. Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers as needed.
• Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insights to the sales team and management based on data analysis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• At least a year or two of proven experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Power Point) and CRM software (e.g., Salesloft)
• Understanding of microsites
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
