Your Responsibilities

You are a transformation-owning, outcome-delivering, forward-deployed solver who architects AI-native systems that move from hype to real outcomes. You’ll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for designing and leading applied AI architectures that reimagine how enterprises work, compete, and grow.

Let’s be clear : this is not your typical architect role where success is measured in diagrams and “innovation theater.” At Searce, you prototype, build, and deploy real-world AI platforms that embed into workflows, scale responsibly, and generate measurable enterprise impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of full-lifecycle development of innovative AI / ML solutions, ensuring technical excellence and profound business relevance.
• Lead the design of cloud, data, and AI architectures that align with complex client requirements.
• Collaborate with cloud consultants and OEM partners to architect and implement modern, scalable AI solutions across Google Cloud and AWS.
• Drive Solution Design & Pre-Sales Excellence : orchestrate POCs, deliver compelling presentations, develop solution proposals, technical specifications, and business use-cases; own the technical solution’s impact.
• Lead by Influence & Ownership : be the DRI for client outcomes; mentor colleagues; foster a culture of iteration and continuous improvement; embody the Searce values.
• Deliver intelligent AI-native outcomes by applying our proprietary evlos methodology; translate client challenges into AI-powered solutions; identify new business opportunities and guide client journeys on Cloud.
