Duties and Responsibilities
1. Customer Assistance
Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, email, or chat.Respond to inquiries about financial products and services (e.g., accounts, loans, credit cards, investment options).Provide information on account balances, transactions, interest rates, and fees.
2. Account Management
Open, update, and close customer accounts following company policies. Process deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and loan or credit applications. Verify customer identity and maintain accurate records for compliance.
3. Problem Resolution
Investigate and resolve customer issues such as payment errors, disputed charges, or account discrepancies. Escalate complex problems to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
4. Financial Product Support
Explain financial products and services clearly, ensuring customers understand their options. Promote and cross-sell suitable banking or financial products that meet customer needs. Assist customers with online banking and digital financial tools.
5. Compliance and Security
Adhere to financial regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, data protection). Ensure all customer interactions and transactions meet legal and organizational standards. Protect customer confidentiality and handle sensitive data securely.
6. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain detailed customer records and interaction logs. Prepare reports on customer activity, feedback, and recurring issues. Monitor account activity for unusual or suspicious behavior.
7. Team Collaboration
Coordinate with other departments such as loans, fraud prevention, and operations. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on financial products and compliance requirements. Share customer insights to help improve products and processes.

Qualifications
At least 2 years BPO experience
College graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
