Job Description
The Supply Chain and Administrative Operations Manager provide strategic and operational leadership over the organization’s supply chain, logistics, fleet, and administrative support services. Reporting to the Chief Finance and Administrative Officer (CFAO), the position ensures transparent, efficient, and compliant procurement and administrative systems that enable effective delivery of programs and organizational operations.
Beyond day-to-day oversight, the Manager plays a strategic role in advancing the organization’s strategy—including the capacity building of local civil society partners to manage their own procurement, oversight and management of procurement where SCP is the designated consortium lead, and administrative systems responsibly, sustainably, and in compliance with donor and national standards. The role integrates strategic supply chain management, operational excellence, and partner empowerment.
The position ensures that all operational support systems enable the organization to function effectively, meet compliance standards, and optimize resources while maintaining a safe, sustainable, and productive work environment.

Requirements
Essential skills, knowledge or experience Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, and / or administrative management roles Demonstrated experience in procurement planning, contract management, and vendor relations. Strong understanding of inventory, asset, and fleet management systems. Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional operations. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong budgeting, financial tracking, and cost-control experience. Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain or ERP software. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards applicable to office and logistics operations. Desirable skills, knowledge or experience Experience in non-profit, humanitarian, or development-sector operations. Familiarity with donor-funded project compliance and procurement standards. Working knowledge of digital transformation or process automation in supply chain systems. Experience in strategic facilities planning, sustainability initiatives, or energy efficiency programs. Certification in supply chain, procurement, or facilities management Strong presentation and reporting skills, with experience preparing management dashboards or operational analyses. Strong understanding of procurement regulations, donor compliance, and supply chain strategy. Demonstrated experience in partner capacity building and systems strengthening. Excellent organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership ability and commitment to ethical standards and localization principles. Proficiency in digital procurement and assets management systems. Required education and qualifications (certifications, licenses, accreditations, etc.) Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree in business, Operations, or Industrial Management (preferred).
