Responsibilities
- Drive and develop digital strategy with a focus on customer acquisition and retention on the online channels
- Implement, measure and evaluate campaigns across multiple channels of engagement. Your in-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Retargeting and Re-marketing will be required.
- Lead the development of B2C and B2B e-commerce strategies, platforms, and / or partners
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Lead the cross-platform digital strategy
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience
- Develop the digital marketing functions for e-commerce including content creation, social media marketing - design, build, and maintain social media presence, digital market research and analysis and evaluate emerging technologies
- Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Review consumer interactions, manage client data, and identify areas that can be improved
- Draft, present, and be accountable for the annual financial budget and targets
- Oversee and handle TikTok and Livestream Management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business, or another related fieldWith at least 4+ years of experience in digital marketingExperience in E-commerce is an advantageFamiliarity with digital advertising tools & platforms, including FB / IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads Manager, Sprout, Mailchimp, Trello, Airtable, Canva, and related toolsAdaptable and can take changes in stride and update their marketing plans with expert flairStrong team playerAbility to work independently and in fast-paced environmentsSelf-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable interacting at various levels of an organization, up to senior managementAbout Be Global E-Commerce Corporation
