Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred. Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and delivery processes is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with tracking shipments and resolving inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on shipping rates, delivery times, and product availability.

- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Resolve billing issues and process payment inquiries related to shipments.
