Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor’s in Automotive Tech, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or related field At least 2-3 years’ experience in automotive / EV maintenance (training background is a plus) Solid knowledge of EV systems and safety (certifications are an advantage) Confident communicator in both English and Filipino
Main Responsibilities :
- Conduct training on EV systems (batteries, drivetrains, charging, maintenance)
- Update and improve training materials to match new technologies
- Ensure compliance with TESDA and LTO requirements
- Mentor fellow trainers and help manage schedules
- Work with transport operators for practical training sessions
- Promote and enforce safety protocols for high-voltage systems
