We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Agents - Hotel Reservation Account as prior in our Metro Manila sites!

Responsibilities :

Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries.
Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations from customers and other stakeholders
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details in the system.

Qualifications :

At least a High school graduate

6 Months of BPO experience needed

Good communication and interpersonal skills

At least conversant in the English language with confidence

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
