Platform Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for the daily management of platform operations modules, including configuration and launch of banners, announcements, pop-ups, task center, etc.

2. Monitor platform performance data on a daily basis, identify anomalies in metrics such as user acquisition, conversion, and retention, and report them promptly.

3. Conduct daily platform functionality testing, assist in handling urgent issues, and ensure stable platform operations.

4. Produce weekly analysis reports on competitor products and promotional activities, and promote platform optimization initiatives.

Job Requirements :

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 1 year of experience in platform / product / internet operations;
• 2. Familiar with basic modules of gaming / betting platforms; experience with backend management systems is a plus;
• 3. Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking and high execution capability;
• 4. Excellent cross-functional communication and project coordination skills;

5. Experience with operations tools (e.g., Looker, Jira) is preferred.
