Recruitment Supervisor

Job Description:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring recruiters is an advantage
  
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with local labor market trends in Mindanao is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process for all Mindanao local branches to ensure timely and quality hiring.
• Acts as the main liaison between Mindanao branches and Head Office, Providing regular recruitment updates and reports.
• Supervises and support branch HR or Recruitment Staff in Candidate sourcing, Screen and selection.
• Ensures all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws and documentation requirements.
• Monitor recruitment performance, Recommends process improvements and strengthens local recruitment partnership.
