Compensation : Salary will be based on your most recent paycheck
Qualifications :
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager in a BPO Healthcare account
- Valid PHRN and USRN licenses
- Strong leadership background with proven success in managing healthcare operations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and performance management skills
- Willing to work onsite in NCR
