Job descriptionSchedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and travels for the President / Board Chairman. Organize agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up items on behalf of the President / Board Chairman. Draft, screen, and respond to communications on behalf of the President / Board Chairman. Assist with compiling operational and executive reports, or presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a point of contact between the President / Board Chairman and executives, employees, clients or board member. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Management, Marketing, Office Administration, Financial Management or equivalent
- Preferably with atleast with 1-2 years related experience
- With good communication skills. Ability to multi-task, organized, attention to details and accuracy.
- Good computer literacy including solid working knowledge of MS Word,
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, with strong time management skills, and resourceful.
- Able to work productively under pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
