This is a remote position.

Location : Panama (for an American-Based Company)

Department : Revenue Operations

Reports To : Director of Revenue Operations

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM EST

Overview

We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist & Revenue Operations SME to optimize, integrate, and strategically enable HubSpot for our clients. This role ensures alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive efficiency, maintain data integrity, and accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Administration & Optimization

Act as the HubSpot admin, overseeing platform performance, configuration, and integrations.

Build workflows, automation, pipelines, dashboards, and reports.

Audit and clean data across contacts, companies, and deals.

Implement best practices for lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and segmentation.

Revenue Operations Strategy

Partner with leadership to design and execute RevOps strategies.

Develop scalable processes and SLA frameworks across GTM teams.

Improve funnel conversion, forecast accuracy, and operational visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes and technology.

Translate business requirements into HubSpot technical solutions.

Train internal teams and clients on HubSpot usage, reporting, and automation.

Analytics & Reporting

Create executive dashboards for pipeline, attribution, and revenue tracking.

Analyze performance data to identify trends and inefficiencies.

Provide actionable insights to inform forecasting and leadership decisions.

Systems Integration

Manage integrations with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn, etc.

Ensure seamless data flow across the revenue tech stack.

Partner with IT / vendors for technical implementations or upgrades.

Requirements :

2+ years in Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops.

2+ years of HubSpot administration (Marketing Hub & Sales Hub).

Proven ability to design and manage complex HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and reporting.

Strong knowledge of revenue funnel mechanics and CRM best practices.

Analytical mindset with data visualization and reporting skills.

Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify technical details.

Preferred :

HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Reporting).

Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), or data warehouses.

Knowledge of RevOps frameworks (LEAN, TOFU / MOFU / BOFU, MEDDIC, Bowtie).

B2B agency or logistics industry experience.

    Requirements
