POSITION TITLE : FINANCE ANALYST

JOB SUMMARY :

Main role involves preparation of checks and other modes of payment, routing of documents for signature, updating of cashbook and other monitoring and systems and organization of payment documents until check release and receipt of proof of payment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, other relevant degrees
• At least one (1) year experience in finance and / or treasury operations (preferably with Bank experience)
• Willing to work at Makati City (PBCom)

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Prepare, route and release checks, LOIs, RTGS, telex, MC and other forms of payment to suppliers and employees.

2. Maintain and update cashbook on a daily basis.

3. Coordinate with AP Team relating to payment matters (releasing, deposit schedule, cutoff, etc.)

4. Print and release BIR 2307 to suppliers, as applicable.

5. Check completeness of details in the official receipts, collection receipts and acknowledgement receipts issued by the suppliers before check release.

6. Update EAM and other monitoring for the checks prepared and released on a regular basis.

7. Coordinate / request with Admin for check deposits to suppliers and employees (case to case basis and with prior approval of Head).

8. Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time by higher level authorities.
