This is a remote position.

Schedule :

  • Minimum 20 hours per week
  • Flexible remote work arrangement
  • Monday - Friday anytime from 7 am - 6 pm PST
  • Client Timezone : Pacific Time (California)

You'll serve as the crucial bridge between marketing-generated opportunities and closed deals, handling the full spectrum of client interactions from initial outreach through appointment setting. Working directly with the business owner, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling operations while gaining valuable experience across sales, customer service, and business development. Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to high-volume lead flow across multiple communication channels (4,000+ messages)
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via phone, email, and SMS to engage prospects
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and video consultations
  • Conduct qualification conversations and handle objections to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for high-ticket sales consultations
  • Maintain accurate records and lead tracking in Go High Level CRM system
  • Support personal brand development and implementation initiatives
  • Perform administrative tasks including email management, calendar coordination, and data entry
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and maximize conversion opportunities
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner to optimize processes and drive revenue growth
  • Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills
  • Sales experience or appointment setting background required
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes and sales conversations
  • Ability to professionally address objections and handle rejection
  • Experience with CRM systems (Go High Level experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple communication channels simultaneously
  • Proficiency in phone, email, and video communication platforms (Zoom experience preferred)
  • B2B and / or B2C sales experience strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
  • Enthusiasm for working in fast-paced, growth-oriented business environment
