Responsibilities
Manage and respond to high-volume lead flow across multiple communication channels (4,000+ messages)Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via phone, email, and SMS to engage prospectsProvide exceptional customer service through phone and video consultationsConduct qualification conversations and handle objections to move prospects through the sales funnelSchedule and confirm appointments for high-ticket sales consultationsMaintain accurate records and lead tracking in Go High Level CRM systemSupport personal brand development and implementation initiativesPerform administrative tasks including email management, calendar coordination, and data entryFollow up with prospects to nurture relationships and maximize conversion opportunitiesCollaborate directly with the business owner to optimize processes and drive revenue growthRequirements
Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skillsSales experience or appointment setting background requiredComfortable handling high call volumes and sales conversationsAbility to professionally address objections and handle rejectionExperience with CRM systems (Go High Level experience preferred)Strong organizational skills for managing multiple communication channels simultaneouslyProficiency in phone, email, and video communication platforms (Zoom experience preferred)B2B and / or B2C sales experience strongly preferredSelf-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environmentEnthusiasm for working in fast-paced, growth-oriented business environmentIndependent Contractor Perks
