Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and manage project budgets to ensure successful execution
Lead project teams, coordinate activities, and assign tasks to team members to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize issues and support project success
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements, assessing the impact on deliverables and resources
Conduct regular project meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders
Monitor and track project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience managing IT or software products throughout their lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum, with experience applying them in cross-functional environments
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, design, and business teams
Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders behind a shared product vision
Analytical mindset and sound decision-making abilities to prioritize work based on data, impact, and user needs
Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, or similar
Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Product Management are a plus
