Job description

Qualifications : Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business, Information Technology or IT related course (ECE, COM-SCI, Computer Engineering, Business Administration major in IT Management).

Work Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiarity with business analysis concepts and methodologies is a plus.

    • Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors)

  • Strong knowledge of Business Requirements Analysis.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, PowerPoint,  Whimsical or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with BRS, and other technical documentation frameworks.
  • Understanding of web-based and mobile application development processes.
  • Experience with requirement-gathering techniques, process flow diagrams, and technical writing.
  • Interpret business data using Excel and SQL, or data analysis and reporting.
  • Facilitate meetings, requirement reviews, and changed management discussions.
  • Write user manual, training guide, FAQ’s, and knowledge base.
  • Experienced with MS Word technical writing tools.
  • Ensures accuracy in documentation, process mapping, and requirement gathering
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    • Others : (Professional License, Certification, Training, etc.)

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile, or Scrum Certification are a plus.
