Responsibilities :
- Writing engaging, industry-specific content for LinkedIn and Instagram (with a strong understanding of real estate / construction tone and audience)
- Creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth
- Monitoring performance, tracking KPIs, and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Collaborating with the team to align messaging with brand goals
- Setting up, maintaining, and continually improving Airtable systems to manage content and workflows efficiently
- Keeping up with trends, competitors, and content ideas that resonate with our audience
