Plumber

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water supply lines, drainage systems, and other plumbing fixtures within the facility. This role ensures that all plumbing systems function effectively to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, water lines, and drainage.

Check for leaks, clogs, or any plumbing issues and repair promptly.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems meet safety and sanitary standards.

Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective repairs.

Respond to emergency plumbing issues as needed.

Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and building codes.

Qualifications :

At least High School Graduate or equivalent.

Proven experience as a plumber (preferably in building or facility maintenance).

Knowledge of water systems, pipes, and plumbing tools.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

Strong attention to detail and reliability.
