Salary : 30,000 - 45,000
Required Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Years of relevant working experience in semiconductor equipment or the semiconductor industry.
Applicants with experience in materials sales have an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work with the team in a matrix organization
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for developing business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for TOWA in the Philippines.
Identifies and analyzes new opportunities and creates a tactical plan to capture the business.
Understands the competitive environment and provides market insight.
Develops and maintains close relationships with the customers at multiple levels.
Resolve and address critical issues and drive collaboration with respective stakeholders within TOWA to ensure customers’ needs are being met to close business.
Gain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers' key decision makers
Manages all business activities, including : Quoting, T&C's, Delivery commitments, Issue tracking, escalation and resolution, forecasting.
Managing Reps and working with Reps to support growth on the products
