Production and Material Control Asst. Manager

Job Description :

As a Production and Material Control Asst. Manager you will be overall in-charge for the scheduling and coordinating of the manufacturing process particularly Material, Production and Delivery Planning. You will work closely with various teams, including production, inspection, sales and external customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

A successful Production Planning Asst. Manager should have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented and always strive to optimize the manufacturing process.

The successful candidate will perform the following tasks :

⦁ Create and maintain production schedules and ensure that they are aligned with customer demand.

⦁ Communicate with various departments, including purchasing, engineering, production and sales to ensure that production are on schedule and meet requirements.

⦁ Resolve schedule conflicts and adjust production schedule if needed.

⦁ Monitor production metrics such as efficiency and utilization.

⦁ Monitors daily output and inventory of stocks

⦁ Determine material, tools, equipment and manpower requirement.

⦁ Reviews, recommends and maintains buffer levels of finished goods based on given demand / requirements

⦁ Execute delivery plans, monitor and update the delivery status.

Job Qualifications :

⦁ Graduate of either Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar field.

⦁ With strong analytical and good in problem solving

⦁ With strong communication skills both oral and written

Monthly Basic Salary : Negotiable (Depends on Qualifications)

Age Limit : Not more than 40 years old

Notice period acceptable : Can start immediately (preferred)

Preference : Male
