Your new role

As a Senior Manager People & Organization / Head of P&O you will oversee the development and implementation of short and medium-term plans for internal communications in affiliate considering affiliate aspiration or strategy and international organization. Your primary responsibility is to link the people agenda with the business ambition and strategy and collaborate closely with our leadership team in our Philippines affiliates. You need to understand the business and align our P&O strategies with the organizations objectives. Other responsibilities include :

• Monitoring compliance of employment practices to local and internal labour requirements set-up implement and maintain HR procedures as well as guidelines and policies.
• Coordinating with department managers to identify accomplishment needed for Philippine employees and provide strategic HR advice and support to ensure that the local capacity meet the core proficiency identified. You will also facilitate and / or plan the training courses for all employees and evaluate the training effectiveness.
• Be accountable for the talent assessment and selection process update SAP HR system conduct employee orientation for new employees and facilitate all personnel movements such as regularisations promotions lateral transfers reclassifications resignations and terminations.
• Providing help to the line managers in terms of performance management employee career counselling grievances management and other HR related issues
• Driving the proper conduct and overseeing the documentation of the yearly performance appraisal exercise and appraisal results.
• Maintaining confidentiality and upholding business ethics safeguarding company and patient information as well as third-party business plans and strategies.
