Job Description

• Handle incoming & outgoing emails and / or calls to and from agents based in Singapore
• Attend to technical questions, customer related issues, escalations, follow-ups from partners based in Singapore
• Conduct welcome calls and product trainings to agents over the phone or online.
• Do telesales to some leads or dormant / inactive agencies based in Singapore
• Update Salesforce regularly
• Provide assistance on sales and marketing projects and telesales campaigns when needed.
• Conduct webinar and training presentations as required.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as may be assigned.
• At least 2 years’ customer service experience, ideally related to the travel industry but not compulsory.
