Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule :  8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm EST Monday - Friday, with an hour unpaid break

We are a full-stack marketing agency based in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida specializing in brand development and growth across physical and digital spaces. We deliver end-to-end marketi ng solutions through a comprehensive suite of advisory, creative, web, video,  and media services, helping clients from local startups to national organizations amplify their brand with industry-leading talent and technology.

The Project Manager will assist with multiple client accounts and projects with precision and oversight. This is a hands-on, high-execution role where attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple complex projects is critical. You’ll be assisting with full-scope marketing campaigns from concept through execution to completion. Responsibilities

Works with Account Directors to manage projects from inception to completion, which  includes :

• Managing a high volume of projects with quick (sometimes same-day) turnaround times as well as long term projects
• Meeting with Account Directors to review project assignments, provide necessary updates, etc. on a regular cadence
• Utilizing Workamajig software to document job progress and assign necessary tasks
• Reviewing project creative briefs to determine internal resources needed
• Analyzing resource calendar to schedule assignments / Coordinating with Creative Dept.
• Monitor project progress to identify any issues and ensure project deadlines are met and the project remains within budget allocation
• Proofreading and confirming accuracy of work against creative briefs
• Responds to internal emails, chats, phone calls, text messages, etc. with urgency, but no less than within 24 business hours.
