Overview :
The Membership Manager leads all membership acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts at KSK. This role builds strong relationships with members, ensures excellent customer experience, and drives membership growth in line with the gym’s mission.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute membership sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Manage the full member lifecycle : onboarding, engagement, and renewals.
Ensure high levels of customer service and member satisfaction.
Track and report membership data, trends, and feedback.
Work closely with marketing to design campaigns, promotions, and referral programs.
Organize community events and initiatives to build member loyalty.
Handle member inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
Qualifications :
3–5 years of experience in membership, customer success, or sales (fitness / wellness background preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Passion for fitness, sports, or wellness is a strong advantage.
