Role : E-commerce (Amazon) Marketplace Coordinator
Compensation : Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits : HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Setup : Work-from-Office (San Fernando, Pampanga)
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am Philippine Time
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Marketplace Administration
- Daily account health checks : Investigate and resolve listing issues
- Manage support case resolution Audit product listings for accurate images and content Monthly commission fee audits
- Traffic and Conversion Strategies
- Manage Amazon pay-per-click advertising
- Monitor promotion sales to avoid over-selling Assist in launching new products and new marketplaces
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving product pages
- Reporting and File Maintenance
- Prepare / maintain bulk upload files.
- Prepare reports on sales and expenditures.
- Other :
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
- Effectively complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
College diploma or university degree in marketing or a related fieldMinimum of 2 plus years in an Amazon 3P marketplace roleProficiency in Excel (intermediate level preferred)Experience with marketplace seller portals, including troubleshooting and managing product listingsStrong data entry and analysis skills, with digital advertising experienceTechnical Requirements : Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Campaign ManagerAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAptitude for problem-solving
