What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and online channels

Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner

Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible experience for our customers

What we're looking for

A recent graduate with a strong customer service mindset and a passion for helping others

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries

Familiarity with basic computer and software applications
