What we're looking for
A recent graduate with a strong customer service mindset and a passion for helping others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
Familiarity with basic computer and software applications
