Job description

Join our team and help ensure full FDA compliance for our cosmetics, drugs, supplements, medical devices, and household products. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist who can manage product registrations, handle FDA communications, and support regulatory documentation and audits.

What You’ll Do :

  • Process FDA applications for product registrations and company licenses
  • Coordinate inspections and handle compliance notices
  • Ensure formulas and warehouses meet FDA standards
  • Conduct product tests and monitor regulatory updates
  • Support internal teams with FDA guidelines and customer inquiries
  • Work with local and international suppliers for regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For :

  • Knowledge of FDA rules & registration processes
  • Experience in LTO inspections & CPR release (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Background in cosmetic, pharma, or FMCG regulation is a plus

    • Role Levels & Salary Range :

  • Associate : ₱25,000–₱28,000
  • Supervisor : ₱30,000–₱32,000
  • Manager : ₱40,000–₱45,000

    • Work Setup & Schedule :

  • On-site – Caloocan
  • Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM
