What you'll be doing
Providing friendly, efficient and knowledgeable technical support to customers via phone, email and chat
Troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of software-related issues in a timely manner

Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved cases to senior support specialists
Continuously expanding your product knowledge to better assist customers
