US Sales Ops Data Specialist (HubSpot) - Remote Background

About the Role
This is a remote, full-time data support role that directly fuels growth.You’ll manage and enrich contact records in HubSpot, support marketing list segmentation, clean up bounced contacts, and help drive outreach by providing fresh leads and insights.Your Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and update HubSpot CRM records with precision.Use ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enrich data.Monitor auto-responses and find updated contact info.Research buyer intent companies and assign outreach campaigns.Export / import clean lists and segment for marketing / sales teams.Assist with direct messaging and LinkedIn outreach on behalf of leadership.Requirements

Eagle-eyed when it comes to data—accuracy is your love language.You’ve worked with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Excel / Google Sheets.You're proactive, organized, and unafraid to ask questions.Communicate clearly in writing and enjoy asynchronous collaboration via Teams.You’re curious, tech-savvy, and love building systems that justAbout YOUR Work History
