The HubSpot Specialist will own and optimize our HubSpot CRM to support lead generation, retention, organization, and partner growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with the Supplier Acquisition team to streamline workflows, integrate Amazon and DTC data, continually update new contacts and brands, reorganize existing data, and ensure accurate reporting.
This role requires someone who is both technical and strategic — capable of building automations, segmentations, and dashboards while also identifying new opportunities to improve partner lifecycle management, organization, and sales efficiency.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS :
2+ years of experience managing HubSpot or a comparable CRM (certifications a plus).
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, lead scoring, and lifecycle automation.
Proficiency integrating HubSpot with third-party tools and APIs.
Analytical mindset with experience building reports and dashboards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, DSP, or advertising data integration.
Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
HubSpot Certifications (Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, or CMS Hub).
