Job Brief

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient technology solutions that align with the banks business goals and technology strategy.

This role plays a key part in translating business needs into robust technical architectures, ensuring solutions are modular, reusable, expandable, and secure . The ideal candidate is an experienced architect with a solid background in application and API development, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams project managers, engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that drive innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present technical solutions that align with the organizations strategic goals.
  • Identify potential technical challenges during solution development and define strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure solutions consider security, scalability, performance, and usability.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and best practices to ensure the use of modern and effective tools and frameworks.
  • Create and maintain architecture and design documentation to support solution implementation and knowledge transfer.
  • Participate in development processes to ensure alignment with the architectural vision and standards.
  • Translate business requirements into efficient, reliable, and scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide guidance and technical leadership to developers and engineers, ensuring solution integrity and implementation quality.
  • Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve delivery speed and consistency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions architecture or related technical leadership roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of leading architecture frameworks, best practices, and patterns.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to present technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Minimum 5 years in Web and / or Mobile Development .
  • Minimum 5 years in API Development and Integration .
  • Familiar with database concepts and data modeling .
  • Proven expertise in modular, microservices, and reusable component architecture .
  • Hands-on experience in cloud services architecture, design, and implementation .
  • Demonstrated experience in researching, designing, and delivering innovative technology solutions.
