Some responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

• Investigation : Gathering information and documentation from various sources, including policyholders, agents, and third parties.
• Evaluation : Assessing the accuracy and completeness of claims, determining policy coverage, and calculating claim amounts.
• Resolution : Negotiating settlements, processing claims, and ensuring timely resolution while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communication : Liaising with clients, agents, and internal departments to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Documentation : Maintaining detailed and organized records of all claim activities and policy information.
• Compliance : Upholding company policies and adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Fraud Prevention : Identifying and reporting suspicious or fraudulent claims.
