Position : Admin Support Staff (entry level)
Location : Quezon City
Work Arrangement : Work in the office
Salary : P 16,000 to P 18,000 + Incentives
Benefits : Free dorm, SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, HMO, Bonuses, 13th month pay and more!
Schedule : Fixed Dayshift (amenable to do shifting too)
Industry : Recruitment firm for foreign language speakers
Paid Training is provided!
Main Duties
- Learn and perform essential marketing administrative tasks — no prior experience needed!
- Assist Senior Marketing Specialist with printing agreements
- Help Marketing Specialist to source clients from different websites
- Attend client meetings with Senior Marketing Specialist (face-to-face or online).
- Answer basic inquiries from New clients and explain our company’s services initially
- Set up a meeting with client for the marketing specialist
- Gather and organize client documents for reference of the senior Marketing
- Review proposals and contracts with clients but final review is done by the marketing specialist
- Undergo training with Specialist to understand the basic of Marketing
