We value collaboration, continuous learning, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.  We are seeking a Detail-Oriented Digital / Marketing / Ecommerce Assistant & Analyst who can bridge creative efforts with data-driven insights. This role combines hands-on marketing support with ecommerce operations and data analysis to optimize campaigns, product listings, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, PPC, SEO)
  • Support ecommerce activities (product listings, catalog management, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination)
  • Monitor, collect, and analyze performance data from marketing and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook / Instagram Insights, Shopify / WooCommerce, or similar)
  • Create regular reports and dashboards; provide actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trends
  • Aid in content creation and deployment (copywriting briefs, asset tagging, A / B testing coordination)
  • Assist with vendor and supplier communications, project deadlines, and performance tracking
  • Ensure data cleanliness, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvements
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio / Looker Studio)
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and product data management
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
  • Strong Excel / Sheets skills; familiarity with dashboards and data visualization
  • Basic copywriting and content coordination abilities
