As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering successful Salesforce implementations and ongoing support for a major logistics company in France. You will collaborate closely with a team of 50-60 VISEO consultants and work directly with the client to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions on the project working as Agile Factory set up
RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements Gathering :
- Collect and analyse client needs : workshop planning, workshop facilitation, and reporting
- Elicitation : Set up the foundation of a project by asking a lot of questions, gathering opinions, information, facts by interviewing stakeholders & departments
- Process modelling
- Complexity estimation, Macro-sizing / T-shirt sizing, functional feasibility, impact, and risks
- Analyse and propose solutions while respecting solution standards
- Negotiate with users to adapt their needs and processes to standard practices
Specification / User Story :
Design technical solutions, autonomously for simple needs and with the support of developers or architects for medium or complex needsWrite technical and / or functional specifications in the form of User StoriesDocumentationDevelopment and Testing :
Transfer development tasks to the build team in the format of ready user storiesMonitor development progress and provide support to the development teamLead and perform testing of user stories, report issues, and ensure follow-upSupport :
Analyse incidents with level 3 expertiseIdentify root causes and propose solutions with the help of developers or architectsLead the resolution of the incident(similar to the steps in requirements gathering, specification, and development)Other :

Minimum Bachelors' degree in IT or Computer Science2 years of experience in a Business Analyst roleMust have Salesforce ADM 201 Certification and atleast one other Consultant certification (sales, service, experience etc)Business Process Engineering or re-engineering background, in the areas of sales, marketing, and / or customer supportStrong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitationSuccessful track record serving as overall lead for enterprise CRM implementations and technology initiativesStrong Agile SCRUM experience and good knowledge of the Product Owner role.Willing to work for the French working hours : 1pm PHT – 10 pm PHT (with breaks) / 10 : 30am IST – 7 : 30pm IST (with breaks)Willing to work in international teams.
