Key Responsibilities :

Design, code, test, and deploy enterprise-level applications

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization

Lead and mentor junior developers (Senior role)

Engage in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and promote coding best practices

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to provide progress updates

Qualifications :

For Mid-Level Developer :

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related courses

Minimum 3 years of Java EE or Jakarta EE experience

Strong skills in debugging, design patterns, UML diagrams

Familiar with tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ, Git, JIRA, and Confluence

Experience in Agile / Scrum workflows

For Senior Developer :

All mid-level requirements PLUS :

Minimum 5+ years of Java EE or Jakarta EE experience

Proven experience in leading projects or teams

Strategic mindset with expertise in CI / CD, architecture alignment, and stakeholder reporting

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) :

Swagger, PCF, Rabbit MQ

REST & SOAP Web Services

JUnit, Mockito, PowerMock

JSON, YAML

SonarQube, Fortify, WebInspect

Cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP
