Civil/Structural Foreman 3yrs Experience Stayin - Davao/Cebu City

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Civil or Structural Foreman or similar role.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.

Physical ability to work on construction sites.

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on civil and structural projects.

Interpret and enforce blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Manage and allocate resources, including labor and materials.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve issues.

Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Train and mentor construction workers and junior staff.

Report project status and challenges to management.

Ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Work Location : Candidate must be okay to work anywhere in Mindanao and Visayas
