You will be responsible for delivering accurate information, resolving issues, and providing an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
College Graduate — No experience required.
2nd Year College Completer — At least 6 months of work experience (any field).
Good communication skills in English.
Willing to work onsite (no WFH).
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer navigation skills.
