Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of QA experience in food manufacturing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
HACCP certification required; PCQI and GFSI (SQF, BRC, or FSSC 22000) preferred.
Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, FSMA, GMPs, and food safety standards.
Experience with audits, CAPA, and quality systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA software (e.g., ERP, LIMS).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
