Job description

1. Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Preferred certifications : HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, or equivalent food safety / quality management systems.
  • Internal Auditor Certification or formal training (a strong advantage).

2. Experience

  • At least 1 years in compliance, quality assurance, or auditing roles within food manufacturing (seafood industry experience highly preferred).
  • Proven track record conducting internal audits and liaising with regulatory agencies (e.g., FDA, EU) and standards (GMP, HACCP).

    • 3. Technical Knowledge & Skills

  • Expertise in food safety regulations, audit processes, and global compliance standards for manufacturing / export.
  • Proficient in risk assessment, root cause analysis, and corrective / preventive action (CAPA) planning.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); audit documentation software familiarity is a plus.
