Responsible for the attainment of the sales revenue, works under the supervision of the General Manager to establish and cascade business strategies to be implemented by the department in order to attain, increase, or maintain overall sales, revenue and market share objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Food Technology and any food related courses.
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales and technical experience with 1-2 years leadership experience preferably from the sales or distribution industry.
Preferably with skills in baking.
Negotiate and close agreements with institutionalized or key accounts.
Consolidate all daily activity reports of the Sales Representatives.
Delegate programs for implementation of the Sales Representative and track progress through reports, observation, customer feedback, sales performance monitoring, and other methods.
