Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative

Qualifications :

• SHS graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
• College Graduate WITHOUT BPO experience
• Can communicate effectively with customers
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Must be willing to work onsite (Cebu IT Park)
• Willing to work the graveyard shift
• Must be fully vaccinated (Booster shot is not required)
• Can start ASAP
